I am afraid when someone has no more kids around him to let them be happy in holidays with new gifts, mainly in Christmas, the holiday passes like an ordinary day.

I was wondering if the fighting in Aleppo was in a section close to you?  They have a ceasefire now -- but three people were killed.  It could have been worse.

Sorry for the delay, my laptop had minor problems, I sent it to fix them.

So that's what happened!

I found out that only my building still have the problem after the general repair. Temporarily, I am connected to an auxiliary power line till the company sends someone to repair the main cable of the building.

Very odd, Kerim.  Hope the company gets there soon.

I finished tHow oddhe '10 seconds stopwatch game'. Its cost is around $20, I am not sure for how much it will be sold.
Now I am working on another simple project. It has 3 LED digits (as 888) and six sensors. Every sensor has a value (a number). Every time a sensor is hit, its value is added to the previous sum shown on the display. I am not sure for which application it will be used.

Good to keep busy, eh? 

I spent hours yesterday working on a spreadsheet about the Congressional elections that will be held here next year.   I'm trying to predict the outcome; and I'll update it when polls start coming in.  That will be months away since the primaries  haven't been held yet.  I noted which districts the two parties were targeting; and i could understand the Republican picks, but I have no clue why the Democrats picked some districts where Republicans won big last time.  Maybe they did their own polls which weren't made public -- or maybe they had emotional reasons.   Right now, my guess is a shift of 2% change in favor of the Democrats and they should win control of the House.
